End and Beginning of Tenancy Cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning is a service request from property owners, letting agents or tenants at moving out time or end of a lease. This entails DEEP cleaning of every room and appliances inclusive of the tenancy agreement. There is a standard obligation in a lease agreement for tenants to leave their property in the same condition as it was when moving in so their deposit can be refunded.
